Approach: Practice.

When approached to undertake work in institutions, I advise the head of department of my home institution, according to institutional policy. Negotiation then begins with the inviting institution, to ensure the development of fit to purpose workshops. Draft programmes and content is provided for the client, when then makes modifications and comments on the suitability of the draft planning, or otherwise. Charges are agreed and the work is carried out. I pay careful attention to the host institution's Learning and Teaching Strategy, and to the special cultural requirements different institutions have. I value disciplinary differences, and believe that interdisciplinary interaction is useful in developing both student and academic learners.

I welcome feedback and constructive criticism, which I use to reflect critically on my practice.
